Format: set_sound frequency/volume value:RN -> destination:RN

Description: Sets the frequency or volume of channel destination to value. The channels are as follows:

• Sine
• Square
• Triangle
• Sawtooth
• SemiSine - this one is relatively unique; listen to it yourself
• SemiTriangle - same as above
• Stepped square - same as above
• White noise

There are two of each; the first 8 are for the left ear, the next 8 the right ear, if supported.
